Paul’s Kitchen opened in January 2024, born from a lifelong passion for Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. Although originally from Kitchener, Ontario, Paul was raised in Southern Vietnam, where he honed his culinary skills cooking alongside his mother. The restaurant is a tribute to her, showcasing her authentic recipes and flavors.
